Phyllostachys bambusoides ‘Allgold’

This beautiful bamboo has young culms that are a translucent yellow, turning a deep orange-yellow with age. In cooler climates it grows more vigorously that the species. This is a very attractive ornamental bamboo that sizes up quickly here in the mid-eastern USA.
