Phyllostachys edulis “MOSO”

This is the largest of the hardy bamboo. Its leaves are among the smallest of the Phyllstachys which contrasts the large culms. The young culms are covered with a velvety coat of soft hair. This is the most used bamboo in China. It is slow to size up in cooler climates and also need ample space.
