Pseudosasa japonica ‘Tsutsumiana’

This bamboo is similar to type form but the internodes are swollen near the base, resembling a green onion. Culm leaves may have to be removed to display this ornamental feature. Works great as a privacy screen or hedge and can make a very attractive container plant.
